"Fireflies" is a collaborative performance between the camera and light, a formal and technical exploration that yielded images I hold close to my heart.
From the darkness of a road overlooking Safed to the swirling lights of Vienna’s amusement park, I utilized long exposure to transform time into brushstrokes of light. For me, the analog camera serves as a distilling tool, capturing the elusive and poetic essence of motion; an essence that remains invisible to the human eye without the mediation of the lens.

גחליליות
מופע משותף של מצלמה ואור. זהו מחקר צורני וטכני שהוליד דימויים שנקשרו אל ליבי.
בתוך החשיכה בכביש הצופה אל צפת, או בין האורות המסתחררים של הלונה-פארק בווינה, השתמשתי בחשיפה ארוכה כדי להפוך את הזמן למשיחות מכחול של אור. המצלמה האנלוגית משמשת עבורי ככלי זיקוק, לתמצות המציאות הפיוטית והחמקמקה של התנועה– זו שאינה נגלית לעין האנושית ללא התיווך של העדשה.
